How did you discover HRbuilders?
Some time ago, we were in urgent need of an HR Freelancer to fill in for our HR Director. Not only did we want someone who guaranteed continuity in our HR Department, we also wanted a replacement who was able to participate in the thought process of our organisation and HR Department. We needed someone who would quickly adjust to a rather complex situation. Through a positive reference from one of my colleagues, I ended up with HRbuilders.
How did you experience the cooperation?
HRbuilders was one of the three agencies I contacted. I was pleasantly surprised that they insisted on a face-to-face meeting, which could, more importantly, be scheduled very quickly. I experienced first-hand the importance of our conversation in creating a context for the consultant to work with. This complete picture of the position to be filled in, allowed HRbuilders to ask direct questions, which gave them a better grasp on our company culture. The next day, Isabelle Van Hecke presented two profiles, which answered to our demands perfectly. Furthermore, I noticed during the appointment, and in several contacts afterwards, that HRbuilders knows the HR market like the back of their hand and that is reassuring. Communication during the procedure went perfectly and as we speak, their HR Consultant has been with us for a couple of weeks. We couldn’t be happier because Marc was available straight away and offers ZNA a lot of added value. Because of his extensive experience, he delivered from the first minute and he often comes up with ‘out of the box’ solutions. Great!
What did this assignment teach you?
I learnt that it is not effective to contact multiple agencies in the search for a temporary profile. When you work with a good agency, like HRbuilders, you save time, energy and therefore money. HRbuilders also showed me that a thorough intake is essential, even for hiring an HR Interim Manager. This way you get the right profi les straight away and are able to make the right decisions a lot faster.
