To find this consultant, we had to go all the way to Australia, and convince this Italian polyglot who worked in Russia, South Africa and across Europe, to come back to France…
Emy R. Senior Global Sourcing Consultant ad Interim
I was just finishing a consulting project in Australia, and looking for some opportunities in France. I contacted HRbuilders because I had been in touch with them as a client in my previous job. Although we didn’t collaborate at that time, I retained a very professional and dynamic impression of them.
Very soon, they offered me a challenging assignment. The mission seemed very interesting and after a fi rst validation interview with HRbuilders, during which they gave me some more information about the client company and their expectations, I was introduced.
HRbuilders was very helpful during the negotiation phase, and as we set up the mission with the client, functioning as an intermediary in all communications and balancing the client’s needs with mine. Thanks to their understanding of both sides and knowledge of our expectations and constraints, they facilitated cooperation between us to a great extent. I would say that for any consultant starting an independent career, HRbuilders certainly represents a good gateway to accessing very big clients who would be difficult to approach directly.
This assignment was definitely interesting for me as it was with an international company, and involved a global scope of responsibility. This allowed me to use my experience and knowledge to achieve some of the objectives of this consultancy assignment, while continuing to learn from some other objectives which were more of a discovery for me.
I think this current assignment will have a considerable impact on the client company’s future HR strategies, and I am really proud of having been chosen for such a role.
