Workshop Workshop

19 Feb 2018 - 18:30 - Brussels

So you think you can learn!

For the past several years, the way people learn and the way organisations support their workforce in learning have changed fundamentally. Work and learning are becoming more connected, mobile and collaborative and the workforce now brings their own learnings.

#Dreamteam members Sofia Van Overmeire and Lesley Arens will attend the second MERIT Summit for corporate learning and executive education in Lisbon (Jan 17th-18th) and they will distil the major L&D trends and highlights straight from Lisbon and share them with our HRbuilders freelance community during the second workshop for our HR interim managers of 2018.

Are you a learnatic, then be sure to register February 19th!

The annual MERIT Summit is a one-of-a-kind forum in which HR and business school directors meet, learn how to build tomorrow’s workforce, share ideas, and foster partnerships. The first edition in Barcelona 2017 was a huge success and the second edition in Lisbon will connect again 250 speakers, exhibitors, and delegates of 20+ nationalities. The theme of the conference is “Always-On Learning”, reflecting the shared ambition of all HR leaders and learning leaders to create long-lasting and sustainable learning strategies. Over 60 thought leaders and experts from academia and corporate world, all prominent thought leaders in the fields of learning & development, talent management and executive education will take the stage in Lisbon.

What to expect:

  • Key learnings from the Lisbon conference by Sofia Van Overmeire & Lesley Arens
  • Trends in L&D by Christophe Vanden Eede, Talent Acquisition and Development Director Telenet
  • Talk by Kristel Van Loon, Manager, Global learning, Leadership development at Mondelēz International

This workshop is free of charge and open to HR interim managers from our HRbuilders freelance community. Want to join our community? Reach out to our #Dreamteam via info@hrbuilders.eu or contact one of our matchmakers.

And keep on learning...
