Organisations are changing at a rapid pace due to a myriad of factors. In order to keep up with competitors and disruptors, organisations are embracing new ways of working so that they will be more adaptable to change. However, what are we doing to facilitate the change and mindsets of people within organisations? What is the strategic role of HR that helps to facilitate change?
This workshop is provided by Sebastian Hamers from Human Insight. Sebastian will present interesting findings around the topics of strategic diversity, managing organisational growth challenges from a strategic- and HR perspective and the impact that change has on people.
