May 28th 2019, we organize an HRdinner in Düsseldorf, with as our guest speaker Dagmar Pithan, Vice-President Global Talent Management at Deutsche Telekom. 

Dagmar will introduce us to “Deutsche Telekom’s Global Talent & Succession Management Program" and will give insight in how Deutsche Telekom:

  • Grows talents in order to secure succession pipeline for leadership and other key positions
  • Establishes a flexible internal job market with a strong rotation culture by creating full transparency on talents and vacant key positions/projects to recognize, retain and place talents  
  • Gets to a new way of virtual global collaboration and mindset change of Talents, Leaders and HR

Dagmar Pithan (Vice-President Global Talent Management, Deutsche Telekom)
Dagmar has worked in DTAG since 1996 in different segments and functions.  She  has managed different departments of the group as Global HR Development of T-Systems or global Sales Executive HR Business Partner.
Dagmar has been responsible for major transformation and integration projects, mergers and outsourcings from an HR perspective.  Since 2016 she is heading the Global Talent & Succession Management of the group. 
Major projects she has been heading, were the integration of shell employees in 4 different countries as well as strategy cascading and transformations projects in T-Systems and DTAG Europe & Technology.
