Workshop Workshop

14 Oct 2019 - 6:30 pm – Antwerp

Organisations are under pressure due to continuous change. To deal with this, they use different process forms such as Agile and Scrum. The question, however, is: how do organisations guide people during a large-scale change process?

In collaboration with Human Insight, we’re organising an event on Monday, 14 October 2019 in Antwerp. During this interactive workshop, Sebastian Hamers, Filip Fiers and Paul van Geyt will take you along in the strategic role HR plays in these transitions.

What to expect

In this session, practical tools, inspiring customer stories from multinationals, exercises and research results will be discussed. These research results have been obtained in collaboration with London Business School, Ashridge Business School, Purdue University and Nyenrode Business University.

This workshop will provide you with insight into a powerful model that is directly applicable to your organisation. In addition, the workshop provides insight into performance indicators that map out strategic diversity and help you deal with these findings. Finally, you will learn as a discussion partner to address strategic issues and link these to the growth phase of your organisation.
