The future is bright for independent HR Interim Managers

Recently, De Tijd focussed on the rise of interim management as a means for companies to cope with the digital revolution in various sectors. More and more companies seem to be on the lookout for change managers and project managers to guide their companies through transformation. HRbuilders, marketleader in HR interim management in Belgium and growing its international presence in Europe, confirms this trend with +20% growth in 2016 and a continuing upward trend in 2017.

It looks like the times that interim managers were solely hired to fill temporary gaps are long gone. Freelance is becoming the new permanent in #TheFutureOfWork and agencies such as HRBuilders are connecting companies to this flexible workforce. 


Bruno Segers, former CEO at RealDolmen and Microsoft Belgium, currently interim manager, sees the growing demand for freelancers and interim managers as proof that the economy is recovering.
